It is an all-inclusive service from design to fulfilment and delivery, pop-up exhibition and launch event spaces, technology-driven spaces through immersive experience design help us come up with solutions to any experiential design space and brief, all in house and through award-winning experts and design professionals.

Our experience in building design and delivery covers steel frame superstructures, timber frame and modular buildings, including our bespoke range of modular build POD's designed specifically for the new homes property market. We offer consultancy, RIBA stage design, interior design, space planning, cladding design, external works, landscaping design concept through to full project management, site management, contract management and CSCS, SMSTS, Construction Line and SMAS accreditations.

The in house interior design team are fully qualified interior designers across residential interior design, commercial interior design, retail interior design and experiential interior design. We offer a full residential interior design service from concept design, finishing schedules, furniture specification, bespoke joinery finishing, decoration and dressing plans, delivered by our in house delivery team to ensure the design concept is delivered to the brief. Our experience covers show apartments, show homes and innovative mock show areas and new homes specification and samples displays for the new homes property sectors.

Our POD range has been specifically designed and developed over the past 5 years to give the new homes property sector a premium alternative to a traditional sales cabin. It is designed with the customer in mind to give a better customer experience taking influence from retail such as high ceilings, open spaces, DDA accessibility, flexibility and staff security. With a full range of sizes to suit all budgets, the POD's are re-useable so once you complete the sales journey on one development, you can move it onto the next.
