Spanning residential and commercial design, the Interior Design categories showcase projects from restaurants, retail spaces and healthcare facilities, to offices, show homes and luxury apartments.
With a focus on the design, innovation and functionality of products for the interior design sector, the Product Design categories span commercial and residential sectors, judged by auspicious interior designers.
This category is for specialist interior contractors fulfilling the successful interior design fit-out projects across the commercial and residential sectors, assessed for finishes and detailing.
SBID Awards entries are evaluated by a revered panel of leading industry experts for technical content and creativity. Providing unique professional insights, each judge understands the value created through design excellence.
Winners and finalists enjoy numerous benefits, including complimentary inclusion in the SBID Global Interior Design book; a Winner/Finalist certificate; official use of ‘SBID Awards Winner/Finalist′ logos; as well as extensive PR, social media coverage and brand exposure throughout the year. Winners are presented with the coveted crystal trophies at the prestigious SBID Awards ceremony.
The SBID International Design Awards became the first interior design award scheme to be accredited with the GOLD Standard Awards Trust Mark by The Independent Awards Standards Council, who commended the programme as “exemplar in how awards should be operated”.
Refund Policy due to COVID-19
SBID provide all SBID Awards Ceremony bookings with the option of a full refund if government guidelines for Covid-19 prevent the event from proceeding. Attendees also have the option of rescheduling their reservation to the next available date.
